I don't see why not. We elected otherworlder representatives earlier in the year to help with... government-type stuff. [ It was all Gaius' idea. Who cares about elections though. ] Celestia and Naomi Kimishima--she's the woman Jude runs his clinic with--were the ones who ended up winning. I think that was around the same time you and Ludger came, but you were both new here, so I'm not really surprised you didn't pay any attention.

Anyway, Celestia's probably going to be the easier one to talk to about this stuff, seeing as she's a talking pony and she's already helped out with some of your monster befriending stuff. [ the beetles.......... ] She's got a cute enchantment and core shop in town too that's pretty popular, so there shouldn't be any issue finding her if you ask around a little.
